Sound Design & Audio Production

Ableton Project in the Works
This image shows a screenshot of my original music production in progress using
Ableton Live, a professional digital audio workstation. The session demonstrates my
use of layering, automation, and synthesizers to create dynamic transitions and
drops. This project is part of my ongoing exploration of sound design and electronic
music composition. It reflects my technical skills in digital music creation and my
creative process behind crafting immersive audio experiences.
Original Track (Clip)
This clip which is from an original riddim track showcases my evolving skills in
sound design, rhythm construction, and dynamic audio layering. Drawing from the
genre’s emphasis on bass-driven textures and intricate modulation, I used tools like
wavetable synthesis, automation, and sidechain compression to craft a track that
balances intensity with atmospheric depth. The piece experiments with tension and
release through syncopated drops and glitchy transitions, reflecting my interest in
how sonic elements can provoke emotional and physical responses
Instructional Manual on How to Produce A Track
This instruction manual, How to Create a Basic Beat in Ableton Live: A Step-by-
Step Guide for Beginners, provides an accessible introduction to electronic music
production for beginners. It outlines the process of creating a simple drum beat
using Ableton Live, a widely used digital audio workstation. The manual covers
everything from setting up the project, loading drum sounds into the Drum Rack,
programming a basic rhythm, adjusting timing and velocity, adding effects, and
finally exporting the beat. With clear, concise instructions and helpful visuals, this
guide aims to equip new producers with the foundational skills needed to start
creating music.
